UNDER THE IRISH SKY

Since over 10 years Ensemble Sangineto has been performing in the international music scene in World Music and Celtic festivals presenting an original and innovative reinterpretation of traditional music above all from Ireland, Scotland and Brittany along with original compositions with Celtic flavor which evoke the charming atmospheres of the Emerald Isle.

Within the ambit of the Celtic repertoire Ensemble Sangineto presents also the musical show “A Celtic Christmas Night”, enriched by the artistic collaboration of a Pipe Band and of an Academy of Irish Step Dance.

A show full of songs and charming melodies, between ancient carols and modernity, to get into the Christmas spirit in the way it is felt in the music traditions of the Celtic countries, that is through convivial tunes from the Irish tradition, evocative Scottish and Breton melodies alternated with original compositions and a whole lot else!
